The Village de Memramcook wishes to inform residents and motorists that culvert replacement work will take place on Old Shediac Road starting next week.
- Phase 1: September 8 to September 30 – Complete road closure. The closure will only affect the construction area, at the culvert located on Old Shediac Road near the intersection with La Vallée Road. The road will be completely closed at this location, and a marked detour will be in place (see map for accessible roads)
- Phase 2: September 30 to October 16 – Alternating traffic. Once the first phase is complete, the road will be reopened to traffic. However, it will be reduced to a single lane controlled by traffic lights in order to complete the work.
