The affordable cost of houses and lots as well as a reasonable taxation rate of $1.3912 per $100 of property assessment makes buying property a lot easier in Memramcook. Education
École Abbey-Landry is an active francophone community school that welcomes kids from kindergarten to grade 8. For grades 9 through 12, students attend École Mathieu-Martin in Dieppe. The municipality is also near two universities: the Université de Moncton and Mount Allison University (Sackville), various colleges and a choice of private schools.
