Sanitary Sewer BackupIf you come across a sewer backup, you must first try to locate the blockage point. We recommend that you immediately contact your neighbors to see if they are experiencing the same problem. If they are, the problem probably stems from inside your street's water main, so on public property. Please contact the municipality at 506-758-4078 (during working hours) or at 506-758-0541 (at all other times) to report your problem.
However, if your neighbors are not experiencing the same problem, it is highly likely that the problem is taking place on your property. In this case, you must contact a certified plumber at your own expense.
