As per By-Law no. 23 of the Village de Memramcook relating to dog control (http://bit.ly/2iwrzUL), feces must be picked up off of public and private property and immediately put into a suitable container or garbage bag.

The time has come to put away the golf clubs.  The Memramcook golf course will close for the season this Sunday, October 22nd, at the end of the day.

On behalf of the Municipal Council and Staff, we would like to thank all members as well as volunteers for your help, your support and your cooperation throughout the 2017 golf season!  It is because of all of you and of our team of employees that we had an excellent season!  We look forward to opening our doors in 2018!  Have a great winter and hope to see you again next year!

The 20th Annual Memramcook Show N Shine presented by the Memramcook Chamber of Commerce will be held on Sunday, August 6th, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., on the vast grounds of the Memramcook Institute!

Come celebrate Acadian Day in Memramcook from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Monument-Lefebvre! An afternoon filled with music, family activities, free BBQ,  crafts market, a big Tintamarre, bar, fireworks and much more! The Village of Memramcook wishes to advise emergency services and motorists that the ongoing water main construction project on Central street will require a road closure tomorrow. Therefore the road will be closed to through traffic tomorrow from 7 am to 8:00pm Thursday July 20th 2017.

During construction Central street will be completely closed to vehicles between addresses 152 Central and 195 Central. Detour signs will be in place.

Please note :
·         Civic # 152 and 162 Centrale st. will only be accessible via La Vallée route (route 106).
·         Civic # 195 Central st and up will only be accessible via Saint-Thomas, La Montain and Pré d’en Haut.

The ''Causeries du mardi 2020'' will take place from July 7 to August 25 at 7 p.m.via the Monument-Lefebvre Facebook Page.

La ville de Shédiac possède un riche héritage qu’elle a su transmettre de génération en génération. Parmi ces legs, il y a évidemment les monuments publics que l’on retrouve sous diverses formes. Les monuments ont été élevés ou consacrés sur des lieux significatifs, et de tout temps, pour marquer des évènements dans la vie des communautés ou des richesses particulières dont elles jouissent, pour honorer des personnes exceptionnelles ou encore des personnes ordinaires ayant accompli des choses exceptionnelles. Les monuments sont en quelque sorte des messages adressés à l’avenir.

Armand G. Robichaud, de Shediac, a étudié en géographie, en urbanisme et en administration publique. Il a été, pendant 25 ans, directeur d’un service d’urbanisme régional, soit la Commission d’aménagement Beaubassin. Il a travaillé pendant plus de 10 ans comme consultant. Ce livre est son quatrième avec Les Éditions de la Francophonie. Ses photographies mettant en valeur le patrimoine et la nature ont été choisies dans le cadre d’un concours provincial et ont été publiées au Canada, aux États-Unis, en Angleterre et en Suisse.
